Who we are
Care Package runs carepackage.vip, a marketplace that connects guests in Canggu, Bali with independent freelancers who come to where they're staying. The freelancer does the work; we take the booking, the payment and the responsibility for sorting it out when something goes wrong.
Booking
A booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation page. The time slot came from a freelancer's real working hours. If that person has to drop out, we give the job to the next best available freelancer at the same time, and tell you. If nobody is free, we cancel and you aren't charged.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah before you book and are the full price for that service. Tips are optional and go entirely to the freelancer.
Cancelling
Cancel free of charge until 6 hours before the start. Between 6 hours and 1 hour before, half the price is charged. Inside 1 hour, or if nobody is there to let the freelancer in, the full price is charged. The freelancer is paid their share of any charge, because they kept that time free for you.
Contact through us
Guests and freelancers don't swap phone numbers or social accounts, and freelancers can't take direct bookings from people they met through Care Package. Chat on your booking page; contact details are blocked there. You agree not to hire a Care Package freelancer directly for 12 months after you met them through us.
Conduct
Every treatment is professional and non-sexual. Asking for anything else ends the session immediately, is charged in full, and closes the account. Freelancers can end a session where they feel unsafe. Rentals must be returned in the condition they arrived; loss or damage is charged at replacement cost.
Ratings
You can rate every job, and freelancers rate guests. Ratings decide who gets offered work first. A low rating either way means that pair won't be matched again. Guests who are rated consistently low can no longer book.
Age
Shisha is for guests aged 21 and over, with ID shown at the door. Anyone booking must be 18 or over.
Something not right
Tell us on your booking page within 24 hours. If a service fell short we'll redo it or refund it.
