Privacy

What we collect. Your name, phone number, optional email, where you're staying and what you book. Pros who apply give us their contact details, skills and documents.

What we use it for. To confirm and deliver bookings, take payment, send receipts and help if something goes wrong. We don't sell your details.

Who sees it. Our team. Your pro sees your first name and, once they're on the way, the address for that booking. They never see your phone number or email. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.

Your choices. Ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time through the help line, and we'll do it unless the law requires us to keep a record of a payment.
