Does it cost anything to join?
No. There's no fee to sign up and the cards are free. You earn 10% of what your guests book through them.
What if a guest has a problem with a booking?
They sort it with Care Package in the app. Refunds, redos and freelancer issues are ours to handle, not your front desk's.
We already have a massage lady we use. Can we keep her?
You can keep anyone you like. If she'd like to work through Care Package, she can apply to join, do a trial session, and then take bookings from your guests and everyone else's.
Do you deliver shisha and speakers to our villas? We have neighbours.
We do, and the speakers we stock are sized for a pool, not a beach club. Party bookings show guests a note about noise and banjar curfews.
How do I see what I've earned?
Your partner dashboard shows each booking made from your cards, the amount, and your running commission for the month. It's live, so you can check it whenever you want.
