Boreh scrub and wrap in Nusa Dua, wherever you're staying
Balinese spice scrub, a warm wrap, then a short massage.
Boreh is an old Balinese paste of rice flour, ginger, clove and turmeric that farmers used to warm up after a cold day in the paddies. It goes on as a scrub, you rest wrapped while it warms, then you shower it off and finish with a massage. Skin feels very smooth afterwards and you will smell faintly of a kitchen for an hour.
Nusa Dua is calm water, wide lawns and big resorts, and in-room treatments save the walk to the hotel spa.
